Every year, the Great Place to Work Institute Belgium recognises the Best Workplaces in Belgium, a prestigious title for attractive employers. Hilti, which has been investing for years in improving the workplace, strives to earn this title time and time again. LX Concept supports Hilti with various projects aimed at increasing and strengthening the engagement and enthusiasm of their employees.

Happy @ Hilti
In the ‘Happy @ Hilti’ campaign, one thing is central: working happily together with all colleagues at Hilti. To support this campaign, we developed customised thermos and water bottles, coffee mugs, and a sleeve for the coffee mug boxes, all carefully packed in a beautiful gift packaging. Each bottle and thermos was engraved with the employee's name and the ‘Happy@Hilti’ logo.

To strengthen the sense of togetherness among colleagues during the coronavirus period, we launched a creative direct mailing with handy postcards. Employees were given the opportunity to surprise each other with a personalised card, allowing them to show connection and appreciation in a simple yet effective way.
Flex remuneration plan
Hilti wanted to launch a creative teaser to introduce their new Flex Remuneration Plan. To communicate this in a surprising way, we developed a direct mailing in the form of a pop-up cube. This playful cube, sent to all employees, featured an icon on each side referring to the personal additional benefits within the cafeteria plan. With this original approach, Hilti brought their cafeteria plan to the attention of their team in a striking and engaging way.
