LX Concept has been around since 2004. From an attic room to a fully-fledged agency. And still, every day we say: this is just the beginning. Always striving to be a little better. We started by creating custom-made gadgets and have since grown into a full-service creative agency. As both a challenger and a guide for brands like Philips, Norgine, Dr. Oetker, Heinz, and Haribo.
We have two goals: to create great work and to be great to work with.
To further strengthen these goals, we are looking for a project manager at our headquarters in Oud-Heverlee.
What are you going to do?
- You support exciting clients in the execution of their marketing and communication projects.
- You work closely with existing and new clients, building a professional and trusting relationship with them.
- You relieve your clients with excellent service. ‘Going the extra mile’ is in your DNA, and you communicate smoothly about the progress of your projects.
- You handle the entire administrative process from order to invoicing. This aspect should not be underestimated and requires not only great precision but also an eye for detail.
- You analyse client needs, provide appropriate advice, assess timelines, and ensure project follow-up. From briefing to delivery.
- Together with our internal specialists and external partners, you look for creative solutions.
Who are you?
- You have qualifications in the communication, marketing, advertising, or graphic design sector is a plus. Equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- You’re a m/f/x with a plan! To keep track of all your projects, it’s essential that you are organised, work punctually, and don’t run for the hills when daily deadlines need to be met.
- You’re an administrative talent with a commercial mindset.
- You have a strong 'can do' mentality and enjoy getting things moving.
- You thrive in a dynamic work environment with plenty of variety and a fast pace. You’re also stress-resistant because you understand that clients can be demanding.
- You think in solutions, not problems. No 'yes-but', but a 'yes-and' mentality.
- You know that an email isn’t faster than a phone call :-).
- You communicate in a direct and professional manner, both internally and externally.
- Humour is desirable, but actually essential for a great work atmosphere.

You have knowledge of the holy trinity: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
(read: you understand these programs, but we’re not looking for the designer in you). - Adobe Acrobat Pro - preflight. Sound familiar? Great!
- Preferably, you have knowledge of time tracking.
- You’re an Instagram scroller, a Facebook checker, and a LinkedIner? Welcome!
- Adobe Express isn’t unfamiliar to you, experience is a plus.
- Do programs like Teamleader, Trello, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Sendcloud, and Google Workspace ring a bell? Yes? Cool!
